Elementary Drop In Services

Available on select days through the school year. Please check our calendar for specific dates.

Any elementary student in grades 1-5 may drop in with us on certain days during the school year. Children do not have to be part of our before or after school program to participate.

  • Stop by the office beforehand to fill out a drop-in form, or come a few minutes early the day of. This form will stay on file with us so it only needs to be filled out once per school year.

  • *Blanket and pillow for their rest time. All students will have a rest time mid-day. They do not have to sleep.

    *Two snacks per day (one for AM, one for PM) - NO PEANUTS/PEANUT BUTTER

    *Virtual work (paper only)-if they have it and if you want them to work on it here. Caregivers are not allowed to help students with work assignments.

    *Activities (crafts, coloring book, etc)

    *Lunch (if they do not want what we have). NO PEANUTS.

  • *No electronics of any kind are allowed. This includes school laptops, Nintendo Switch, Smart watches, and phones. Students are not allowed to have electronics on campus. If electronics are found, they will be taken and kept in the office for the duration of the day.

    *NO PEANUTS OR PEANUT BUTTER PRODUCTS on campus. Sun butters are allowed.

    *Do not bring anything that you do not want to risk being lost or broken.

    *No valuables or money

  • *The cost for any student that is enrolled with us in our before and/or after school program is $20 per day. This includes lunch. The maximum cost per student per week is $130.

    *The cost for any student that is not enrolled with us in our before and/or after school program is $40 per day. This includes lunch. The maximum cost per student per week is $175.

    *NON-ENROLLED STUDENTS who do not have any other siblings enrolled at the center MUST PAY UP FRONT DAILY OR FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK. All other accounts will be billed and may be paid on the next week’s draft.

    *Daily cost if using a credit card is $41.25 (this includes the 3% transaction fee). If using cash or check, the cost is $40 with no fee.
